Holy shit good news guys! I don't know that much about computers, but I go another IT guy to come (A different guy from the first one who said to get a new computer) and he fixed my computer! Christmas Miracle! I'm using my rather bad fixed computer right now, and it feels good.

Always be on your toes when calling any IT people, electricians or other kinds of craftsmen. They just love ripping people off. It's better to try to befriend people, who either do it as a hobby or professionally and then know you can trust them.
